Yohimbine (usually known as Yohimbe, Yohimbe bark) is a natural alkaloid compound from the Pausinystalia Yohimbe Tree.
It’s commonly used in weight loss supplements, popular with both men and women for its natural ability to burn fat.
It does this by helping to naturally increase our levels of adrenaline and helps to enhance the process of fat burning.

Doses of over 40mg a day are proven to cause panic attacks, hallucinations, headaches, dizzy spells and in doses of 100mg or more, it can cause cardiac arrest or at worse, be fatal.
While Yohimbe may have its uses, the health implications are just too serious to ignore.
